Shipments and deliveries

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders placed before 14:00 p.m. will be shipped that same day. Those made later will be sent a day later.

If for any reason you would like to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

For shipments outside the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 5-8 days, although this may vary depending on the country. Shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We undertake to carry out the procedures and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs procedure.

EXCEPTIONS

For logistical reasons, shipments to Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland, Ukraine, Russia, Macedonia, India, South Korea and North Korea are not available at the moment.
